• Plumbing and Utility Systems: We provide comprehensive plumbing solutions encompassing backflow prevention (certified under New York State regulations), sanitary waste and vent systems, storm water management, domestic water distribution, natural gas piping, fire pump installation, and fuel system installation (including oils, gas, and other fuels). Our expertise extends to both underground and above-ground fuel storage tanks, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

• Piping Capabilities: Evans Mechanical excels in all aspects of piping, utilizing a range of welding techniques, including x-ray quality welding, gas tungsten arc welding (TIG), gas metal arc welding (MIG), shielded metal arc welding, oxyacetylene welding, brazing, and soldering. We are proficient in handling a variety of piping materials such as PVC, CPVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, PVDF, Teflon, carbon steel, stainless steel, hi-alloy steel (including C-20, Hastelloy, aluminum, and others), and fiberglass (in various diameters).

• Fabrication and Rigging: Our in-house fabrication capabilities allow us to create custom skids, piping assemblies, control manifolds, and other mechanical components. We also provide rigging and crane services for heavy equipment installation and handling.

• HVAC Expertise: We specialize in installing and maintaining a wide array of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, high and low pressure steam and condensate systems, hot water and glycol systems, heat pumps, heat recovery systems, humidification systems, and cooling towers.

• Process Piping Specializations: Our deep understanding of process piping systems enables us to deliver specialized solutions for various industries. We excel in medical gas installations (certified for medical gas systems), oxygen transmission piping, double-wall containment systems for hazardous materials, waste water treatment systems, deionized water systems, compressed air systems, high-purity medical gas systems, bulk chemical tanks, and environmentally contained piping systems.
