At the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, we pride ourselves on being a multi-craft union with members who are engaged in the fabrication, installation, and servicing of piping systems. Our local union, UA Local 441, represents the interests of Kansas UA members in the Southeast Kansas region, which includes Allen, Bourbon, Chataqua, Cherokee, Crawford, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Linn, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson, and Woodson counties.

All UA plumbers and pipefitters go through an extensive five-year apprenticeship program that combines classroom education with hands-on training.
