Unprofessional and Lazy Service

Part of the reviews highlight the unprofessional and lazy service provided by Thornton's Plumbing. Erica Govero stated that the company refused to check her leak over the phone and hung up on her. Another reviewer, Joseph Rehkamp, experienced negative quality and professionalism, with the installed plumbing failing after two years. Maher Henien had a similar experience, with the warranty not being honored, and Ansel, the technician, installing substandard solutions.
