Alliance Water Conditioning & Plumbing Inc. is a family-owned and operated water conditioning and plumbing company founded in 1973 by Scott and Mary Duncan. Our founding philosophy was to provide our customers with the same high level of service and value that we wanted and expected for ourselves. Now, close to fifty years later, that tradition continues with third-generation Jared Duncan at the helm. He and his crew at AWC Inc. strive to provide the same high level of honesty, competency, solid workmanship, and value to our customers as they want for their own families and homes.

Our Services
At Alliance Water Conditioning & Plumbing Inc., we offer a wide range of services to meet our customers' needs. Our water conditioning services include the installation and maintenance of softeners, iron filters, taste and odor removal systems, de-gassing systems, water purification, and reverse osmosis systems. We also provide plumbing services for residential, commercial, and light industrial clients, including water heater replacements, fixture installations, sump pump installation, and drainage and pressure piping repairs.
In addition to our plumbing and water conditioning services, we also offer salt delivery services to residential and commercial customers within a 25-mile radius of Alliance. Our delivery person carries the salt inside and puts it in your softener, then checks and resets the timer for the proper time of day.

Our Licenses and Certifications
We maintain our State of Ohio License #38188 for Plumbing. We are also a State Licensed Private Water Systems Contractor (which is required by law to work on water wells and water systems). We are long-time members in good standing of The Water Quality Association on both the State and National levels. Many of these licenses and certifications have annual continuing education requirements, which insure that we are on top of the current state of technology and all of the latest developments.
