Shannon's, Inc. began as a family business in Northern Minnesota in 1955, founded by Len and Kay Shannon. Over the years, our professional, collaborative approach propelled us to grow and expand our services to Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. We specialize in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation, and we are proud to be one of the largest mechanical contractors north of the Twin Cities.

Our Story

In 1955, Len Shannon started Shannon's, Inc., a heating and cooling business dedicated to good service and family values. Over the past 60 years, Shannon's, Inc. has steadily grown to provide both Commercial and Residential services to northern Minnesota and beyond. As one of the largest mechanical contractors north of the Twin Cities area, our team is licensed to work in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. We hold several mechanical licenses including Master Plumbing and Mechanical Licenses.
