Insufficient Diagnosis and Solution
A customer was experiencing an intermittent issue with their tankless hot water heater, where it would stop sending hot water after 10 minutes, only to resume after 5 minutes or by turning it off and back on. An Arrowhead Plumbing service technician was sent to diagnose and fix the problem. The technician suggested that the issue might be caused by the water being too hot, but did not examine the hot water heater itself. Instead, the technician simply turned on the faucets and shower to test the hot water flow, and concluded that the problem did not occur during the testing period.
Lack of Effort and Expertise
