Update: Excellent service from start to finish. Our heater had stopped working and was blowing cold air; the technician arrived promptly and had it running again quickly. Louie went above and beyondhe thoroughly checked the system, inspected the vents, and made sure everything was working 100%. We couldnt be happier and highly recommend their service.

David at Henleys Plumbing did a great job repairing our shower. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was repaired correctly. He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he finished. Great service and a very positive experience. Can't praise this plumbing service enough. This is my second time and they are professional. On the first call we had a shower issue on a holiday weekend and they came out right away. I had one toilet install and another toilet fixed and faucet change on the sink. All was done nicely. Billy was the plumber that did it all. He had a clean work environment and was efficient with his time. My husband and I will only use Henley plumbing service for future plumbing needs. Their workers are friendly, curious and professional.

I had multiple plumbing issues, including a non-stop running toilet and an upstairs shower leaking down onto the first floor through my ceiling. I was beyond stressed. I reached out to Henleys Plumbing & Air, and they were incredible. They sent out a technician the same day. Francisco was awesome. He was able to repair the shower issue and install a new toilet for me all within 24hrs of my call. The ladies that work in the office were super kind and kept me updated. Henleys is the only plumbing Ill use going forward.

Had a great experience working with David and RJ. They helped us track down and fix a few leaks around the house and also installed new pressure regulators to get everything running properly.
Communication was excellent from start to finish they explained what they were seeing, what needed to be done, and why. They were also very prompt in getting the work completed once the issues were identified.

It is my pleasure to give this review on my experience with Josh from Henleys Plumbing. It has been a really good experience with my tankless water replaces. He did a fantastic job from start to finish! His demeanor is one to be admired. He has a perfect calmness in a tense situation where I had no hot water. I had System failure and breakdown. I called Henleys on Christmas Eve to schedule service to my home and the person who took my call was super friendly and scheduled my appointment for the morning after Christmas. Joshua Payan came out for our gas leak. Did a pressure and showed us there was a leak. He took his time explaining everything to us and our options. Quick service! We were able to get an appt within 24 hours and get the problem fixed. Joshua was super helpful and respectful. We have a new baby in the house and he was very considerate of him sleeping in the room nearby. He let me know when it would get noisy so we could be prepared. While no one ever wants to need a plumber, we would definitely use Henleys again in the future!

Vicente and CJ showed up right on time. Tested my pressure regulator, fount it was very high and needed replacement. They also tested for possible leak under my slab which was thankfully negative. Installed my shinny new pressure regulator in record time. They explained the process and were very professional. Good guys all around.

I say this with a very grateful heart THANK YOU Henlys for sending me John to complete the job at my home. He could tell I was freaking out and took the extra steps to not only calm me down but explain the diagnoses, process to fix it and was open and honest as to what the underlying issues were.
