Mitch Milliette, a journeyman plumber and the current owner, joined Lloyd Shaw in the 1970s as a high school apprentice. His dedication and unwavering commitment to the trade led him to purchase the business in 1983, carrying on Lloyd's legacy of excellence. Empowered by the support of his wife Glenda, Mitch has nurtured the growth and prosperity of Shaw Plumbing, ensuring its standing as Chelan's premier plumbing service.

Julio Perez, a journeyman plumber,

joined Shaw Plumbing in 1999. His expertise spans numerous facets of plumbing, from obtaining his journeyman license to becoming an integral part of the Shaw Plumbing family with his wife Floria and daughter. Julio's unwavering dedication to providing top-notch service has solidified his position as a valued member of the team.

Tom Funk, a plumber trainee and office manager, embodies the entrepreneurial spirit at Shaw Plumbing. Starting as an office administrator in 2019, Tom's passion for the business led him to pursue plumbing training under Mitch and Julio's guidance. As the orchestrator of appointments and logistics, Tom is instrumental in ensuring seamless operations.

Rounding out the team is Jose Inda Parra, a plumber trainee who joined Shaw Plumbing in 2017. Under the tutelage of Mitch and Julio, Jose is diligently acquiring the knowledge and skills required to excel in the plumbing profession and contribute to the success of Shaw Plumbing.
