Positive Experience
Two reviewers, Stephen Feltham and User Pvf, had excellent experiences with Positive Plumbing. Stephen called the company on Wednesday and received prompt service the next day, with the plumber, Seth, fixing two stubborn leaks and providing excellent work. User Pvf, on the other hand, was in a crisis situation when they lost water to their house, but Positive Plumbing saved the day by sending Seth out to fix a hole in a pipe, turning the water back on. Both reviewers praised the company's professionalism and friendliness, with Stephen noting that he would not hesitate to recommend Seth and User Pvf planning to use the company again in the future.
Negative Experience
Baron Von Zed, however, had a disastrous experience with Positive Plumbing. They claimed that the company owner, Seth, was dishonest, did not perform the agreed-upon services, and fraudulently charged them $2000. The reviewer also alleged that Seth used racist language on multiple occasions, making the experience a nightmare.
