Our founder and lead technician, Jim K., has been a plumber for over 18 years, working on homes from the 1800s to new builds. After moving to the Greater Phoenix Valley in 2008, Jim was determined to create a company that was honest and transparent with customers, treating employees with respect and appreciation. Thus, Charity Plumbing was born, built on a philosophy of being a business with the heart and soul of a nonprofit.
