Experiences with Plumber Services
Negative Experiences
Two customers had extremely poor experiences with the plumber services. One customer reported that the plumbers caused a flood in their dining room while fixing an outside faucet, and then refused to fix the hole they made in the wall to repair the internal leak. The customer was left with a bill for cleaning damaged drapes and a warning to others not to use the company. Another customer was overcharged for a simple kitchen faucet installation, and the plumber left the faucet failing to shut off properly. The customer had to call another plumber to fix the issue and received no assistance from the company despite numerous calls.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, three customers had excellent experiences with the plumber services. They reported positive responsiveness, punctuality, quality, and professionalism from the plumbers. One customer was impressed with the quick installation of a hot water heater at a lower price than competitors. Another customer appreciated the overall value of the services received, including waste disposal repair, tap installation, and other services.
