Scott's Heating & Plumbing Services Inc. has been in business for over 25 years, proudly serving the Kodiak Island Borough and beyond. Locally owned and operated by Scott Pillans and his son Steven, our company offers a wide range of services including plumbing, heating, drain work, fuel tanks, and excavation. With a team of experienced professionals, we are equipped to handle everything from residential and commercial remodels to new heating and plumbing system installs, fuel tank decommissions and installs, sewer and water line repairs and replacements, drain and vent work, site clearing, pipe trenching, and underground storage tank removal and decommissions.

Scott Pillans, the owner, has been a licensed journeyman for over 25 years and a licensed Mechanical Administrator. He also holds a General Contractors license, an ADEC UST Decommissioning License, and an HDPE Fusion License. Our crew consists of five full-time crew members and two office employees, ensuring that we can provide prompt and professional service to our clients.
