Disappointing Service
The company's service has been a major letdown for many customers. Julio and Paul Matthews both gave the company a low rating, citing poor customer service and lack of concern for customers' needs. Julio experienced difficulty getting paid for his time and felt that the company lacked humanity, while Paul Matthews was disappointed with the company's failure to fix issues correctly and in a timely manner. Confusing Directions
On a more positive note, Noah Bartchlett found the company's compound easy to locate using GPS, and he suggested following the GPS to the main office if needed. However, this comment is more related to the company's physical location than the quality of their service.
Overpriced Services
