Emergency Plumbing
Our certified emergency plumbers respond to urgent plumbing crises at any hour. With rapid dispatch systems and pre-stocked service vehicles, we typically arrive within 90 minutes of your call. Our technicians specialize in containing water damage from burst pipes, slab leaks, and sewer backups while providing permanent solutions that prevent recurring issues. This service covers all residential plumbing emergencies across northwest Louisiana.
Toilet Repair
We resolve all toilet-related problems including persistent running, stubborn clogs, and leaky flanges. Our plumbers use specialized diagnostic tools to identify hidden leaks that could waste hundreds of gallons daily. For beyond-repair units, we offer efficient replacements with water-saving models that meet current efficiency standards while maintaining proper drainage functionality for your home's plumbing system.
Drain Cleaning
Our advanced hydro-jetting technology clears even the most stubborn drain blockages without pipe damage. This service addresses slow drains, complete clogs, and recurring backups in kitchen, bathroom, and main sewer lines. We combine mechanical snake tools with high-pressure water cleaning to restore optimal flow while inspecting for underlying pipe deterioration that might require repair.
Water Heater Service
We service both traditional tank and tankless water heating systems. Our maintenance checks include sediment removal, anode rod inspection, and efficiency testing to extend equipment lifespan. For malfunctioning units, we diagnose issues with heating elements, thermostats, or gas components, providing either repairs or replacement recommendations with energy-efficient models.
Leak Detection
Using thermal imaging and acoustic listening devices, we pinpoint hidden leaks behind walls or under foundations without destructive exploratory work. Our precise detection methods identify slab leaks, pipe joint failures, and fixture-related water loss. We provide detailed reports showing leak locations and recommended repair approaches to prevent structural damage from prolonged moisture exposure.
