Patrick Hearst, who gave a 1-star review, had a terrible experience with Absolute Plumbing. He was charged $149 for a diagnosis, but after a month, he still hadn't received an estimate. When he called to complain, the owner hung up on him. He advises others to beware of the company.
Nick Hyde, also with a 1-star review, had a similar experience. He was charged $443 for a supposedly diagnostic visit, but no repairs were made. The owner, Rod, was rude and dismissive.
