Disappointing Experience
However, one customer, Bob, had a disappointing experience with the company. He reported that Parlier (now DiMone-Parlier) replaced his tankless water heater, but later discovered that the company had capped off a return line and installed a thermal bypass valve, causing a cold water problem. The company also installed an aluminum catch pan and piped the condensate from the water heater to the pan instead of a condensate drain, resulting in corrosion and leaks. Despite bringing this to the company's attention, Bob received no response or acknowledgment, leading him to believe that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
