Quality of Service
The reviews for Michael's Plumbing are mixed, with some customers experiencing excellent service and others having disappointing and frustrating experiences.
Inadequate Service
Two customers, Francisco Medina and Time BCre Ive, had negative experiences with Michael's Plumbing. Medina hired the company to install a new valve behind his fridge, but when he returned home, he found his house flooded and water spewing out from behind the refrigerator. The technician claimed that the leak was not caused by them, and despite being promised assistance, the company did not properly clean up the damage. BCre Ive paid $5,000 for Michael's Plumbing to repair his laundry draining system, but the system is still not working properly, and the company refused to help or contact the owner to resolve the issue.
Excellent Service
On the other hand, several customers had positive experiences with Michael's Plumbing. Gary Dorschel praised the company for their excellent service on a large job, noting that the team was efficient, professional, and addressed any minor issues quickly.
