Leo at Bat Area Plumbing totally saved us. On a Monday night, we discovered water streaming steadily into our garage through the roof. Leo was there first thing Tuesday morning, cut away the ruined drywall, found an old pipe that had ruptured with age, and replaced it. He coordinated with a contractor (CA Bear Construction, who are also great) to come back and patch the drywall once it had had a chance to dry. Thanks, Leo!

Boris has been out to our house in SF twice. Both times he was either on time
or early. One time was to clear a drain and the second time was to replace a faucet cartridge and a faulty shut off valve. Both times he was very professional and his work was top notch. Our previous regular plumber is mostly retired now; Bay Area Plumbing is our plumber for life. I don't think you can find a better plumber.

This company is very professional and their plumbers are highly skilled. The plumber who came to my home was very courteous and respectful, and he did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issue. Boris responded to my Yelp inquiry right away. He was responsive and answered all of my questions before I decided to work with his company. He scheduled my water heater replacement the following day and arrived on time. He completed my project in the time window that he estimated. His work was high quality and he left the work area clean.

Super efficient, very reasonable price, we always call him for any issues. Our whole condo uses him now. Protip: Best communication is via Yelp. Messaged him on Yelp and he responded instantly. On another occasion I didn't get an immediate response to a phone message. In that case it wasn't an emergency so I didn't followup right away either, so wouldn't draw a conclusion from that. But then when I messaged via Yelp it was amazingly fast and he came the same morning, so that's what I do from now on.

Boris had done work for us before and always is the consummate plumber. He is always prompt and very astute at diagnosing problems. He installed a new kitchen sink faucet. It was a space challenge under the sink due to the sink installation. So, it wasn't easy physically. I appreciated he completed the job so quickly even with the MacGyver efforts. Never complains and is very professional, strong work ethnic and honest. I think he is so good that I will use him for more work that isn't an emergency. Boris gives plumbers a good name!

I needed a plumber to install an under the sink filter and faucet. I created a Yelp request using the app and Bay area plumbing replied quickly. I was told it's best to stick with the same brand as the faucet and hot water tank. Once I had the parts they came the same day to install it. They did a great job and was quick under an hour. They were reasonable, responsive, and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the results.

Awesome service, came in to replace the water valve that was leaking. I don't want to mess around with do-it-yourself plumbing. Came in an hour after my call, and replaced everything. ALSO, a few months ago, the same service was used for shower valve that broke off with age. The special part was ordered and installed in less than an hour. I highly recommend their professional service!

Started the day with clogged kitchen sink and water leaking into lower cabinet. Called BAP, and was originally told that the plumber would come by later in the afternoon. That was ok, "better later than never". Nice dispatcher called me back to say the plumber had finished a job early, so he'd be over shortly.
Boris K showed up promptly, checked out the problem, tried the easiest pipe tightening fix, which unfortunately didn't work due to clogged pipe. So he ran the "snake" all the way to building main line, cleared out the long-worsening clog, tighted all pipe connections with new hardware and cleaned up the whole work area. All in less than 45 mins. Price was fair and reasonable. Thanks Boris & Bay Area Plumbing!
