It was a Saturday afternoon and our shower value began to leak heavily after attempting a diy repair. We had to shut the water off to the whole house. After calling about 6 or 7 different companies, Nancys was the fist to confirm a technician was available and ready to be sent out. Chris showed up right on time and was extremely polite and professional. He confirmed the problem was the valve, then went to pick up the necessary parts, then came right back and completed the job with no wasted time. Water to the building was fully restored. I would hire Nancys plumbing again and highly recommend them. Great service. The phone representative was great also. Great customer service. Thank you guys again. You saved our day.

Last Friday evening we noticed our water pressure was low and saw that our front yard was flooding. Saturday morning we called several places, Nancy was the only one that picked up. Scheduled an appt for Sunday Even though theyre usually closed.
Marlon and his team came out that same Saturday afternoon started the work. Found out our main water line was cracked and replaced the PVC pipes with copper. Finished the work on Sunday. Nancy and Marlon were excellent!
They saved our Xmas. Will always recommend Nancy her team to anyone in the future. Thank you!

Our water heater died early in the morning and I contacted Nancys Plumbing after searching for a local plumber. I was able to see the pricing on their website and was quoted the same and they were able to replace the water heater by mid day. The on-site person (Chris) was very professional and answered a multitude of questions I had while continuing to work on replacing the water heater. I will definitely use this business again when changing out my toilets in the next few months and any other work that arises.

Their plumbing technician, Marlon, was very willing to install the G. E. cartridge system that I had purchased through a local hardware distributor. He discussed several options and designed a method that would work with our water supply connection and narrow wall face.
The installation date was scheduled for less than three days from the estimate.
The job was completed within four hours, and included a bypass valve system and the workmanship is excellent.
The price was very reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing assistance.

Chris and an apprentice came on time and repaired the vanity valves and shower controls with much efficiency and professionalism. The finished in less than 30 minutes. Everything works perfectly.
