Outstanding service, all the way around!! Needed to have a new water heater installed and was able to contact and schedule an appointment promptly. They also took care of a toilet replacement on the same day. They didn't know about the toilet and still took care of it at the same time with out hesitation. Could not recommend more and will look to use them again in the future!!

We had a leak in our water main somewhere between our house and the meter. Due to obvious and extenuating circumstances with our property, our best option was to just have a new main line run. After 3 estimates, there was no doubt Stone Melber and Rocket Plumbing gave us the best deal. While other companies claimed they would need a "crew of about 4-6 men on it", Stone did the work by himself...in one day. I may not know much about plumbing, but I know a little bit about money, and Stone and Rocket Plumbing saved me plenty of it. I'd highly recommend calling them for any plumbing needs. There a good chance they could save you some too!

Stone and Josh were very polite and respectful. They identified my problems and Stone gave me several options to fix them. He is very knowledgeable about old pipes and explained everything so I could make an informed decision. The prices he quoted me were far less than those given to me by another plumber.

We cannot even put into words how grateful we are for Stone. We called every plumber in our area with no help and decided to start trying further away. Stone answered and immediately told us he would take care of us. He drove over 50 min same day to fix a broken pipe leaking in our cabin so we could host our guest the following day and ensure our cabin was safe and taken care of before any further damage happened. He communicated very well, sent pictures and kept us in the loop the entire time. Again, we cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, his expertise and his compassion. He was here when he said he was going to be here and worked diligently into the pitch black night (he had lights). He worked all day Saturday and came back Sunday afternoon to do some finishing touches and clean up in order to accommodate our needs to have work done before we closed on the sale of our house.

Stone was more than helpful at my home, he installed a new kitchen faucet and even found and repaired and unknown leak in our crawlspace. Replaced and outdoor spigot and drained our hot water heater. He worked with my schedule and was just a really great guy on all accounts! Will definitely be reaching out to him for any plumbing issues in the future.
