My tub/shower was leaking. Franklin Plumbing sent somebody out in a couple of hours. Mr. Pinckney showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He showed me pictures of everything that he saw and explained In detail why he thought it was better to replace the entire faucet than to try to repair it. After the job was done, I was very happy that I went with his recommendation. He was very courteous the entire time he was at my house and very respectful of my property. Nobody likes spending money on Plumbing repairs, but if I need to do that, I would happily call Franklin Plumbing again. The person in the office setting up the appointment, I believe her name was Sonja, was very courteous and did a good job getting me help in a couple of hours. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Franklin Plumbing.

Another great job by Franklin Plumbing and Antonio! We had a plumbing problem in our basement and we were having a family gathering starting that evening for a whole weekend. Antonio came out quickly because of the predicament we were in. The problem was pretty complex and required a lot of work and new parts which had to be ordered but, Antonio and Franklin Plumbing came up with a quick fix to help us get through our event and then came back out to fully fix the problem after the holiday. Very thoughtful, professional, helpful, and they helped us manage the costs of a big repair by providing options.

I called for a water heater outage at 0630 and got a call back from the company promptly saying that a tech would be coming by before lunch. Mr. Bessey called me when he was on the way and was there at 0930. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and respectful when he came in to my home and started his assessment and repair work. He was quick and proficient and was in and out in less than an hour, leaving his work site neater than when he found it. He even called a few hours later as a follow up to see if the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. He was extremely professional and I will certainly recommend him and/or Franklin Plumbing for jobs with my neighbors. Thank you, Lawrence!

Franklin Plumbing is top dog in our book. We called for a leaking toilet valve from Fairfield County, and they were here within 40-45 minutes. That's pretty outstanding. My technician, Franklin, located our issue and had it resolved in under 15 minutes. He was on time, personable, respectful and overall a pleasure to work with. Company as a whole got us back in business with our plumbing issues very quickly with short notice on a Friday afternoon. Elias is a great plumber. I had a problem underneath my kitchen sink and he found the problem quickly. The faucet bracket was corroded and I needed a new faucet. Finding something to fit the holes in my countertop was difficult and the old faucet was no longer manufactured. I found a suitable replacement on line at Lowes and was given the opportunity to go purchase it and Eli came back to install it. He had Jared with him and I could hear Eli explaining things to him - he is a caring mentor. Shortly after he left I was showing the new faucet to my husband. It is a swivel for two sinks and saw the seating needed to be adjusted. I called and spoke with Sonya and Eli and Jared were back in just a few minutes to adjust.

JC Hollis arrived on time and quickly identified the problems causing the leak in my bathroom. He was friendly and professional. They had a technician out the same day! For having a commercial plumbing issue Eli was able to diagnose and fix it within 30 minutes. Eli was very professional and got our problem fixed very quickly! Pricing was also really reasonable with what we had going on. I highly recommend Franklins Plumbing!
