Dave and his associate came by and resolved a leak that was causing serious damage to our basement. The team spent the time to show us the details of the problem and the efforts to achieve the solution. They worked hard and took pains to protect the house and landscaping. They got back to me to schedule quickly and the actual plumber got back to me that same (Thursday) afternoon to make sure we could wait until Monday. He came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me a repair estimate. The work was completed quickly and professionally and he gave us some advice for future maintenance.

Mark, the Plumbing Doctor, helped us assess and address an emergency situation with our hot water heater (actually, the expansion tank). He did this on his day off through a combination of phone calls, texts, and facetime. We are so appreciative of his help during this emergency situation. In fact, we have used the Plumbing Doctor several times for our plumbing needs and have always found Mark to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonable in prices. Highly recommend.

The Plumbing Doctor(Mark owner) has performed numerous jobs for me from my kids house to my new home. I have written previous reviews on him. Fast, courteous, and reliable service. His work is the type of work he would perform on his own home. My new home did not have a master bathroom tub. Since the house has a post tension slab foundation, we discussed alternatives even possible jackhammering the foundation using ground penetrating radar to identify the slab cables. Since platforms or elevated tubs are the new thing we decided to build a custom elevated platform. No jackhammering with new plumbing tied into existing vanity cabinet plumbing. Ken Dobbs of custom cabinets/tile built the platform. Mark made his heavy duty custom plumbing. Really love our bathroom. So happy with his expertise. Mark is a master plumber, no question!

We called after hours and Mark Hardy was absolutely incredible. Super accommodating, walked us through steps to fix our emergent problem to at least stabilize it until he was able to get to our house. highly recommends them. It was an incredible experience, specially for after hours never had to need a plumber ASAP but when we did, this was definitely a pleasant experience. I’ll make sure to tell all my neighbors and friends!

Plumbing Dr. is great! I had an emergency when my water heater sprang a sever leak while I was out of town. Mark got out to me right away and not only got the water heater out of the way for the restoration team but set us up so we’d have hot water while the damages are repaired. We needed our furnace removed as well so work could begin and no HVAC Co. could come help us that day so Mark and another member of his team jumped in to save the day there as well. Mark is experienced and no nonsense. I would and already have, recommended him for anything plumbing!

Had 2 issues, primary was suspected broken pipe on a slab foundation, Plumbing Doctor came in and identified the pipe with issue and instead of breaking the foundation which would have a huge cost, they were able to reroute the water through the attic, which completely eliminated the leak. Also had the water heater/boiler maintenance, exhaust replaced, all in all this was fantastic experience, the team was professional and efficient and explained the needs and gave options on what and how things could be done. Extra kudos for the quality of the work, any drywall cut was symmetrical and clean, which will make the repair much easier.
