After nine and a half hours on the road to OBX to open our beach house, we discovered a burst water pipe. Every plumber I called the next morning was fully booked, but Sea Glass Plumbing fit us in that same day. Sea Glass Plumbing went above and beyond to help us out with a leak in our downstairs bathroom tub. Ken was kind enough to accommodate us same-day so that we wouldn't be left with a leak over the weekend. He quickly found the problem and was able to resolve it same-day. We cannot recommend Sea Glass Plumbing enough and will definitely be reaching back out if/when we have future plumbing needs.

Scheduling was very easy online, providing a 2 hour window, with follow up confirmation provided not only following scheduling but also the day of appointment. Ken was very communicative, letting me know an hour before my appointment the exact time he expected to arrive and provided cost of repair prior to beginning the job. He did a great job, was very careful making sure no dirt was brought into my home - covers placed over his shoes, cloth tarp place at work area and towel to wipe up any water drops. Although I hope not to need, if I do need plumbing services in the future, will definitely use Sea Glass Plumbing.

Sea Glass Plumbing was great. Ken the owner and plumber was very impressionable, articulate and knows the business. The water pipes to the outdoor shower and fish sink were blown due to the sudden freeze we had just before Christmas. We were delayed coming back home and the consequences of being delayed due to a very slow air carrier were not get home in time to beat the freezing temperatures worsened by high winds. I walked through what were the problems (multiple broken pipes and shower unit). We discussed fixing the multiple leaks verses putting an entirely new configuration from the garage to the sink. Ken recommended doing the entire new configuration rather than keeping the 30 year old configuration. We also decided to added a hose faucet which we didnt have. Ken did a fantastic job in almost 3 hours. Id highly recommend Sea Glass Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. OUTSTANDING!!!!

We contacted Sea Glass through their website, booked an appointment - very easy to do - they confirmed via email, they texted us day of and when they were on their way too. They worked with us to find the (rather strange) problem with our rental's plumbing, and got it fixed same day. We recommend and will use again. Very easy to work with and rates were quite reasonable.

Ken replaced a hot water tank for me. Same day service, excellent job. Left area very clean. Several weeks later, I had him come back to address some small miscellaneous plumbing issues. Im new the area and Ive been having issues with my toilet overflowing and couldnt figure out why. Ive had 3 other plumbing companies over to my house to fix the issue. Every single time they fix it and overcharge me just for it to overflow again the next day. Its been an ongoing issue and nobody could seem to figure out why. I was ready to just throw away the whole toilet but my husband insisted I reached out to this company. I called and someone answered the phone right away and they came over to fix it the same day! Over the phone the guy was extremely nice and respectful and he gave me a price cheaper than anyone else Ive dealt with so far.
