Shane and team responded quickly to replace a 50 gallon water heater and reconfigured a t&p line, rate was extremely competitive. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs. To follow up on another appointment Shane came out within 4 hours to troubleshoot a clogged toilet plus plus a pressure valve on an additional toilet to alleviate a big problem in the future. Very happy customer will definitely reach out again as needed.

Woke up to a huge water leak in basement, we had initially called Dupree Plumbing and they could not send someone out the same day, we were given Towne Plumbing information , Brett came out was very nice and immediately found the issue, the hot water line had a crack , he was able to replace the pipe. The expansion tank and the prv also needed to be replaced. Brett answered all of our questions and concerns and fixed all the issues. We were only without water for a day. We will definitely call Towne Plumbing again!

The best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Brett came out to diagnose my problem, talked me through the options for repair and was back within two days to fully resolve the issue which included replacing my hot water heater. Excellent service. They replaced our water heater the same day, and did it carefully and professionally. Today we called them for a problem with the faucet which turned out to be minor, and they didnt event charge us.

I booked online this morning, and they were here within 45 minutes! They were honest with their professional opinion if we should be proactive and replace both toilets guts, when only one toilet was malfunctioning. (No, dont change out til it needs fixing.) Bought a new gas stove and needed the gas pipe in the wall adjusted for the stove to position flush against the wall. The technician came out on time, was professional, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was working before he left. I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and they had next-day availability, which was a huge plus. I even received a confirmation email, so I knew everything was set. The plumber arrived early and called ahead to ask if it was okay to come sooner which I appreciated. The job was to adjust the gas line behind the stove so my new stove could sit properly against the wall, and the plumber completed everything quickly and efficiently.
Great communication, fast service, and top-notch professionalism. Ill definitely be using them again in the future!

We called town plumber originally about 2 years ago for a leaking shower faucet. My husband will attempt to be a fix it guy with anything except for plumbing and electricity. Town plumber arrived on time, fixed the faucet, and shared with us some suggestions to keep this from happening again. We have used Town Plumber for many of repairs and renovations now. Show you before and after pictures. We love our recently renovated guest bathroom. We Highly recommend them, they are true to their word, if something is not right they will ensure to make it right. Very loyal company, We highly recommend!
