Kevin and Ken installed a tankless water heater at my home - I messaged them on FB and received a quick helpful response, sent a few photos and they were able to come out and install. My technician, Tanner, was prompt, pleasant, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem based on answers I gave to his questions. Unfortunately, the people who installed a new toilet a couple of weeks prior had lost a towel in the pipe. The obstruction was cleared and the $300 charge seemed reasonable. I would call this company again as I found Tanner to be knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Today Tanner Grice of THS Plumbing did his usual first-rate job. Replacing weakened and missing water delivery pipes on the water heater; tightening a faucet that was almost impossible to reach from beneath the cabinet; and crawling through the attic to determine if our exhaust fans expelled through the exterior. They did (new home, so I was not sure).

My hot water tank was leaking just as I was about to go on a trip. I called THS, made a quick appointment and they fixed it within a day maybe two but luckily its in the garage so it didnt do much damage. Good price and very quick service would highly recommend

I received the recommendation for THS from a trusted person in building management when I was due for a new hot water heater. I called and was treated with professionalism and respect. I was given a quick appointment. The plumber arrived on time. He clearly detailed the work to be done, the cost and the timing. All were reasonable. He finished the work as described and the area was tidy as if nobody had been there. THS followed up to ensure everything was as expected. I cant imagine a better experience and I recommend THS to friends and family.

Andrew was on time, courteous and efficient. He talked to me about what he needed to do first instead of just charging ahead which I appreciated being informed. The kitchen line was packed with sludge, grease, and just use and all efforts could not clear the line ( pressure, snaking, vacuum) He cut the line, cleaned all of it outside with water and reassembled. There was still some slow draining So he snaked through the roof and turned me on to a product bioclean that can help maintain all my sewage lines from grease, hair etc. Now what plumber would give you advise that is a preventative ...WOW. Andrew was very good. The supervisor Ken stopped just to check on the work which I also appreciated. It was a flat fee even with all this work and time. I highly recommend this company.
