we had a great experience. Chris at Sullivan diagnosed the problem with my mom's tankless water heater but just to confirm he faced timed with the factory rep while on site and they confirmed his diagnosis. Once the part arrived, Chris got the unit up and running and the total cost was less than the estimate if you can believe that. Knowledgeable, efficient and honest describes our experience with Sullivan.

Sullivan Plumbing has saved us so many times. Last week they installed a sump pump in our crawl space and routed it to the existing storm water drain pipe at our property line. They worked very hard digging a trench and a hole for the sump pump. Very professional, courteous and made sure they didnt leave without asking if we had any questions. They even coordinated with an electrical contractor who was unable to dig around the hard, impacted soil outside to place grounding rods. Such great service and attention to detail Kody noticed a leaky pipe in the crawl space and came back today to fix it. My water karma is restored with Sullivan Plumbing!

Chris and John came out, identified a leak and told me how they were going to fix it, how long it would take and quoted me the price, two hours later, leak fixed, no mess left behind and the cost came in u der the original quote. HONEST company, great service and honorable employees.

Hope I never need them again but, if I do I know who I'm calling.

Kody from Sullivan Plumbing arrived promptly and after quickly diagnosing our issue got started. He had all the parts required for our repair in stock on his service van and was done in little over an hour. Kody (and Sullivan Plumbing) will be our go to call the next time we need service!

Well worth the investment to install a flange, fix the piping, and properly install the new toilet. Fantastic service from Kody Prosser at Sullivan Plumbing! Our 50 year old, main waterline was leaking and was located under our driveway. Kody brainstormed the perfect solution and in a little over a day we had a brand new line installed and the job site is clean and tidy! Very professional. I had my 30 yr old toilet replaced by Sullivan and found Scott and Pete great to work with. I definitely recommend Sullivan plumbing and will use them whenever i have any plumbing issues in the future.

Had to replace a faucet in our laundry room. We bought a new Delta pull out faucet rather than repair the existing hose and Sullivan did the install. Appointments were scheduled promptly and the plumber (Scott) was very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to call on then again.

We had a great experience with Sullivan Plumbing. They repaired a leaking drain from our claw foot tub for less than half what we had been quoted from another company (whose plumber had still not gotten back to us to explain the quote more than a week after their first repair failed).

From finding the source of a smell, to fixing the problem, new installations, recommendations for products and solutions, correcting non- plumbers attempts at installs and repairs - we have been completely happy with their work. They respect our home and our cats, and we will definitely continue to call them with all our plumbing needs. We still have a kitchen remodel to go!

Nick was a hero tonight. My wife dropped her wedding ring down the P-trap for the hot water tank in our apartment and we had no access to the actual pipes. Once we called he was here within 45 minutes and very good at communicating what the best options were to retrieve it. It took him 5 minutes to find it with the camera and we had it out of the pipe within 20 minutes. Amazing work and worth every penny. Thank you so much Nick! Nick and Chris to save the day! I woke up to a dead hot water tank that was now leaking everywhere. I called at 10:00 am. They were at my house with a new tank by 11:30, and finished and gone by 3:15pm. Clean, curtious, worked super hard, and honestly left zero trace of them even being there. Great guys and I fully recommend this company to help you out in a crisis.

I had a middle of the night water heater flood and got same day service to replace the heater. Kody taught me a lot about water heater operation and maintenance, and answered all my questions. He and his apprentice were professional, friendly and did the work efficiently.

We woke up to a strange noise in one part of our house. Husband found that our crawl space was Niagara Falls. We tried to shut the water off at the street, couldn't find it. Called several places but Sullivan came first and FAST. First guy came, dug A LOT MORE THAN USUAL to find our key shut off and shut it off. He left, next guy came and took care of the problem. We were doomsdaying the cost of the whole operation including a section of rotted pipe replacement, new shutoff valve and the emergency service. It wasn't even near the amount I was fearing.
Nice, energetic and capable young men, great at explaining and the whole nightmare was taken care of within 5 hours.
It was a helluva way to wake up but a great day overall.
We'd never had to use an emergency plumber and hope we don't have to call again but IF WE DO, Sullivan Plumbing is our go-to.
(When we mentioned it to a neighbor they said that Sullivan recently went through an owner change and that many of the older crew took retirement at that juncture). THANKS GUYS!!

I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing. Our hot water heater was old and leaking and causing damage to our floors. Sullivan Plumbing arrived on time and had a new water heater installed within hours. They did a fantastic install. They are now my go to for all plumbing issues in the future.

Plumbing issues are NEVER fun, but we feel very fortunate to have met Don Dawson in the midst of a doozy. He is a good and decent human and that goes a LONG ways in our book. And he has assembled a great team as well.

We had a complex plumbing problem arise in a home that houses a young family with 3 kids under the age of 10 - and only one bathroom. Don took us under his wing and saw us through every aspect, coming up with solutions that were rock solid (and creative!) that we feel very confident in.

He was very easy to communicate with, calm, knowledgable, and presented us with options all along the way that took many factors into consideration. He and his team were there when they said they'd be there and worked efficiently. They were mindful of noise, disruption to daily lives and schedules, cost, and came up with designs that were both cost effective and result in easier and more effective maintenance moving forward.

He made sure every step of the way that we were given opportunity to ask questions and be part of the decision making process. He also was welcoming of our desire to inspect the work in progress and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect. Who does that anymore?? It kind of blew us away. If we had questions, he took time to explain.

We had a lot of opportunity to interact with the office staff - and they were fantastic as well! We found each person to be friendly; their communication and responsiveness were first rate.

I cannot say that we look forward to any more plumbing problems, but I can say with all honesty, that we feel very confident in knowing who to call when the next time comes. Cant say enough good about Don and his team. They were lifesavers.
