I am a new widow navigating a stressful plumbing issue. I met with Nick. He was the 3rd Plumber I was meeting that day. From the start he was friendly. Shook my hand. Asked what the problem was. I said I had a slow leak from the meter to my house but had no idea where it was. He explained how we could handle this issue. This is the 4th or 5th leak I have had! I decided to go for the full replace. It would be guaranteed for 15 years. So I did. Tripp and Nick showed up and both were professional, friendly and polite. They did an excellent job. Tripp went so far to get rid of the big black spider right next to my shut off valve in my basement! Goes above and beyond. After the repair they reseeded and laid down straw!
From Adam in the office to Nick and Tripp was beyond pleased with the service. This company cares about their customers and it shows. Thank you Adam,Tripp and Nick!

November 2025 Sebastian Grundseth put in a new hot water heater for us tonight. He went above and beyond to get it done today since my husband and i are both teachers and it is tough to be out of school. His dedication to our project was immensely appreciated.

July 2024 Chris Freeman did top notch work replacing our old sink and faucet in our kitchen. Would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

While visiting my Uncle in Kernersville, they had a running toilet and a leak at the base of it. We use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing where I live, so I suggested calling them. They arrived right on time, diagnosed a worn flapper and bad wax ring, and gave us a clear quote before starting. The repair took less than an hour, left no mess, and fixed the problem completely. Gave a fair price. Highly recommend!

Sebastian was AMAZING! He arrived earlier than what was quoted. He was very professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively and he took the time to explain what was going to be done and what was done. I have used Benjamin Franklin 3 times in the last month during a home repair. Nick and Jackson were my technicians. The communication was impecable, I was kept informed of arrival times, costs and options. If there was a need to repair more, it was discussed, costs reviewed and other options. I can not describe how informative and professional they were. Fixed all of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a job done correctly. I don't think they are the cheapest but they are the best. I loved the communication!

We had an issue with our water heater late in the evening and called around 9:30 PM, expecting to schedule service for later in the week. To our surprise, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of the Triad responded immediately and had someone out the very next day!

We had a leaky faucet in the downstairs bathroom. Sebastian came in with in the hour of the call and evaluated the situation. Which was not just a leaky faucet, but we also needed a water heater replacement. Sebastian was so thorough and so quick. He came back the next day to installed the new system. He replaced the faucet, the original problem and the service was finished very quickly..

Sebastian Grundseth was the most professional and nicest home service professional I’ve ever dealt with in my 45 years. Our son flushed something down our toilet and it was extremely difficult to pinpoint what was going on. Sebastian found it pulled the toilet and fixed it. He was very honest very professional told us exactly what’s going on and fixed the issue. If it wasn’t for him, we could’ve been taken advantage of. thanks Sebastian for everything you did! Made an online appointment and was contacted the same day to have someone come in one day. Customer service was exceptional especially considering rd conditions due to recent wintery weather. The technician Jeff Gulliver was great as well with getting everything set and up and explaining what went wrong and things to look out for. First - BF Triad was quick! They had technician Chris at my house in less than an hour. Chris himself was so knowledgeable and talented. He was professional (kept taking his shoes off at the door!) and detailed. Did not jump to the most expensive solution but worked at the less expensive path first and was able to clear the line. He got pictures of the invasive roots and measured how far in the invasion was. Chris provided documentation of his findings. I found the entire experience painless other than the need to call them out in the first place. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing issues in the future and hope I get Chris as my tech. He was awesome.

Corey was awesome. Really friendly and professional. He knows his stuff and went above and beyond to not just resolve my issue but make sure I understood the plumbing in my home. I made a call after I had flushed a toilet paper holder down the toilet and he was there within the hour. I spoke with a guy named Adam when I called and he was really friendly and helpful as well. In a time when good customer service is harder and harder to find, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

The pilot light on our hot water tank went out and Chris came out and took a look at it. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get someone over here and I especially appreciated how well Chris explained everything to me with our wonky setup we have currently and what we needed to have done. I’ve used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice - once for replacing a toilet and a leaking water pressure regulator, and today to fix a leaking shutoff valve behind the fridge. Both times the service has been excellent. Today, I called them as soon as I noticed the problem, and they had someone out within a few hours.

Wednesday evening came home to 3 busted water lines under my home, called BF plumbing. They were there in 15 min of my call. Did the survey of damage and also found another issue with the tank. Tim Southard Quoted a VERY reasonable price and had a tech onsite first thing next morning as the repair needed parts from an already closed supply house. Chris Showed up smiling and friendly and got right to work. Gave me constant updates and checked for more leaks after he was finished. Not too mention doing all this work in a cramped and flooded crawl space...MY REPAIR IS COMPLETE. AWESOME SERVICE...AWESOME PRICE. I even have better pressure then before.

Chris Freeman not only fixed our kitchen sink and the plumbing but went out of his way to ensure everything was done to our standards. He even fixed our outside faucet which we didn’t mention until he had got here however, he did replace and fix it properly. We asked about a veterans discount and his company honored that as well.
