Scheduling Policy
We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to schedule our customers for their convenience. We normally give a 1-3 hour window for our services, and we will call to tweak that time if necessary. We ask that you be home at the beginning of the window, and we will wait for 15 minutes. If no one shows up after that 15 minutes, we will call and try to reschedule.
