All of our drains/toilets all of the sudden backed up today. Called Rooter Man and they sent Robert over within an hour. Ended up being quite complicated to find access to our pipe due to a renovation we had done. Robert worked really hard, found the pipe in our yard, dug out a big hole, cleaned out the pipes, replaced the dirt and sod and we can hardly tell he was here. Fantastic service, great guy, professional and a very fair price. I would highly recommend these folks!!

Travis showed up in less an hour of us calling the office! He was extremely professional, personable and resolved our plumbing issue quickly! I called late afternoon about a plumbing leak in our wall. Travis came right out and was able to locate the damaged pipe and replace that section so that we did not have even further damage done. Very courteous and professional also took time to show and explain the problem and how he was repairing it.

Rooter Man has been awesome in time of emergency. They are quick to answer the phones and get you on the schedule. Very polite and knowledgeable. We have had them to our house twice in past 6 weeks due to damages caused by another company. Their tech Travis is patient, understanding, polite, experienced, and takes the time to give you all of the details while solving the problem. Would you them again! great customer service!

From my first call to the office I was treated so professionally! Kim made sure I had an appointment right away, which is important when you can't flush your toilet!!! Travis took care of my issue in no time and the charge was super reasonable. When he was snaking out my lines he called me over to see that the old cast iron sewer pipe in the house I just purchased was narrowed and needed to be replaced. He never pressured me, he simply presented the facts and video which was enough.
They finished replacing the line today and once again great work, fast and reasonable!! I hope I never need them again but if I do I am confident the job will be done right!!

Rob was awesome! He was able to diagnose the problem with ease and performed the repair on our toilet efficiently and effectively. He was very personable and professional throughout my experience with him. If anything ever goes wrong with our plumming again, I hope we get sent Rob because we know he will do the job right.
