Local Union 112

Since 1893, the Plumber and Pipefitters Union Local 112 has been serving the Southern Tier for over 125 years. We take our role in the community very seriously and are dedicated to providing the highest quality services and skilled professionals in the industry. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our comprehensive Apprentice Training Program, which covers all phases of plumbing, heating, welding, and air conditioning.

Our training program is designed to ensure that our skilled, efficient, and productive journeymen plumbers and pipefitters are always available to serve the community's needs. We believe in providing individual attention and guidance to our apprentices, and we maintain strict codes of performance that are learned from the start of training and monitored in the field by experienced journeymen during each apprentice's on-the-job training experiences.

Our members have helped build every major building in our jurisdictional territory, from schools, colleges, and universities, to hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and power houses, to high-rise hotels and entertainment facilities. We are dedicated to continuing to build New York one pipe at a time and to serving the community's needs.
