Cool Air Mechanical, Inc. has a rich history that dates back to 1965. Our founder, Mr. Luverne Worms, started the company with a small shop in St. Paul, Minnesota. Over the years, we have relocated several times to accommodate our growth, from our initial shop on Rice Street to our current location in Ham Lake, Minnesota.
