Our Story

Our story began in 2015 when our owner and operator, Matt Garfold, decided to start G.I. Plumbing with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Matt enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2003 and served until 2007. After his honorable discharge, he worked in the plumbing industry, recognizing the importance of his trade in serving the community. He noticed that many plumbers prioritized efficiency over customer satisfaction, which prompted him to start G.I. Plumbing with a mission to change the industry's standards.
