Robert Jones Plumbing has been serving the entire Tri-state area for over 30 years. Founded by Robert Jones and joined by his brother Jim Jones, the two brothers have built a business on word of mouth. Their performance speaks for itself. Now, Trevor Jones and Nick Jones, Bob and Jim's sons, are part of the team, learning and teaching many new ways to conduct and receive business. Robert Jones Plumbing is a drug-free workplace, with mandatory safety meetings twice a month, led by a certified safety inspector. Safety is the company's main goal.

We offer a wide range of services including residential plumbing repairs such as leaky faucets and drains, garbage disposal replacement, and water closet repairs. We also install and service various types of water heaters, from standard tanks to tankless water heaters. For sewer and drain issues, we use traditional sewer machines as well as a jett machine for more complex problems. Additionally, we provide sewer camera services to locate and diagnose issues. Our team is equipped to handle sump pump installations and backup systems to prevent flooding. We also install and maintain water softeners to improve water quality.

For outdoor work and excavation, we offer complete utility installation and repair services, including new downspouts, gas lines, water lines, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers. Our team is licensed and certified in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, with expertise in boiler certification, medical gas certification, and backflow testing. We are proud to have a team of experienced professionals, including our President and Chief Operation Officer, Robert Jones, who has been in the plumbing business for 33 years, and our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, James Jones, with a background in accounting from the University of Cincinnati.

Our team includes experienced estimators and project managers, including Dan Miller, who has over 35 years of experience, and Trevor Jones, who is a licensed plumber and project manager.
