Patience and relationships between teams were evident, resulting in a positive experience.
The service technicians were praised for their professionalism, knowledge, and ability to relate well with customers. Tim, in particular, was exceptional in diagnosing and fixing problems with a kitchen sink and toilet. His expertise and ability to explain the issues in a clear manner earned him a reputation as an "expert plumber."

Incompetence and Unprofessional Behavior
