Fred Hill Mechanical is a third-generation, family-owned and operated business that has been proudly serving the Modesto area and surrounding communities since 1944. Over the years, we have built a solid reputation for providing high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), sheet metal, and retail sales services.

Founded by Fred L. Hill, the company has always placed great emphasis on quality workmanship and service to the community. In 1948, control of the business was passed on to John and Gerry Hill Bryhni, who continued to uphold the company's founding values while expanding its service offerings. Today, the company is owned and managed by Lee and Laird Bryhni, who learned the ins and outs of the business from a young age, working alongside their father and grandfather.
