Our Story

CO-OPP Plumbing was born from the vision of Bob "Pops" Rader and his brother-in-law, Dave Cochran, in 1984. Starting with a fleet of 10 service trucks, they specialized in residential and commercial plumbing construction, laying the foundation for what would become a pillar of the Kern County community.

Throughout the years, CO-OPP Plumbing has remained a family-run business, evolving with the needs of our clients. In 2001, Dave retired and Bob's son, Andrew Rader joined the company, ushering in a new era of expansion into industrial, educational, and public utility plumbing.
