At Y2K Plumbing, Remodeling, and General Contracting, we've been serving the Defiance and surrounding areas for over 30 years. Our experienced team, led by owner John Grimes, is dedicated to providing top-notch plumbing, remodeling, and general contracting services to both residential and commercial customers.

We have extensive experience in sewer and storm separations, having completed approximately 60 residential sewer and storm replacements and 6 commercial sewer and storm replacements. Our expertise includes boring under buildings and using specialized equipment to complete complex projects.

Commercial Plumbing Jobs

We've completed several commercial plumbing jobs, including the Southside Cabin Fever business complex, the Decked buildings on Elliot Road, and the Keller building on Commerce Drive. Our expertise in both residential and commercial plumbing ensures that you can trust us with your plumbing needs.

Negative Experiences

Several customers have had negative experiences with Y2K Plumbing. One reviewer, Brian Brown, reported that the company damaged his property and then blamed the damage on the bathtub. He was charged over $3,000 to fix the mistakes, which included a hole in the ceiling and a brown water spot on his basement ceiling.

Another reviewer, Cody Orlando, had a poor experience with the company's professionalism. He described the representative, John, as pompous, rude, and demeaning. Sonia C. had an even more disturbing experience, describing a visit from a Y2K Plumbing representative who verbally assaulted her and her boyfriend, attempted to double-charge them, and broke their toilet while attempting to fix a slow-moving drain.
