Kansas PHCC and BBQ Experience
The reviews cover two distinct experiences: a training course and a dining experience.
In the training course, Matt Schaumburg shared his experience at Kansas PHCC, where he got certified in backflow and cross connection prevention. The instructor, Bill Vines, delivered a 16-hour class. Although the space was small, it was deemed adequate for the class.
Moving to the review of John Loux, the focus shifts to the BBQ experience. Loux enjoyed the BBQ, but had some reservations when the meat was overcooked due to microwaving. Additionally, he was dismayed by the lack of blue cheese dressing among the sides offered.
