Poor Customer Service Experience
Kristina Jackson had a terrible experience with Lyday Plumbing. She was trying to get assistance with a hot water heater issue and was met with rude and condescending behavior from the plumber. The company failed to provide accurate information, and the plumber was unprofessional. Jackson had to call the office multiple times and even had to cancel the plumber's contract multiple times before they blocked him.
