Who We Are

The Pinellas Association of Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors (PHCC Pinellas) is a not-for-profit trade association that represents professional plumbing, heating, and cooling contractors in Pinellas County, Florida. We are dedicated to improving the industry and recognizing the contributions of our members as the foundation of our success. As a partnership between industry contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers, and affiliate members, we provide business management tools for plumbing, heating, and cooling contractors and other industry professionals.

Why We Exist

We exist to advocate for the health and safety of our water and indoor environment. Our mission is to ensure that our water quality is maintained and improved, and that our indoor air and environment are safe, so that consumers never have to worry about the quality of their water or air they breathe indoors. We recognize that our water, sanitation, and indoor air are crucial aspects of our daily lives, where we work, play, live, and eat.

What We Do

As the oldest trade organization in the construction industry, with a rich history dating back to 1883, we represent professional plumbing, heating, and cooling contractors. We advocate for licensure and legislation to uphold the level of skill and knowledge needed and deserved by our consumers. We continuously look for ways to improve our contractor members through education and communication. We partner with industry contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers, and affiliate members who are committed to improving the health and safety of our water and indoor environment.

Our vision is to become the most relevant and reputable trade association in the industry, where our contractors are recognized for their professionalism, reliable products, and knowledgeable service. Our mission statement is the guiding principle of our association: "To promote, advance, educate, and train the industry for the protection of the environment, and the health, safety, and comfort of the Tampa Bay area."
