Disappointing Experience with Drain Cleaning Service
The author, Andrew M., describes a poor experience with a drain cleaning company. He initially contacted the company to resolve a kitchen sink issue, as it was making a burping sound. The company had previously addressed a similar issue a year prior, and Andrew expected a similar solution. However, the tech arrived and attempted to upsell him on a costly repair ($2200) despite Andrew already having a coupon for a significantly cheaper drain cleaning service ($59).
Andrew was not satisfied with the tech's aggressive sales approach and insisted on only having the original issue resolved. Despite this, the tech reportedly put minimal effort into fixing the problem and ultimately stated that they couldn't stop the burping sound.
