Stellar Service

One Off Experience
However, there are two reviewers who had negative experiences with the company. Luke Epp and Technical Account both described situations where they felt the company was unprofessional and unreliable. Luke Epp had a problem with their HVAC system and claims that they never showed up to fix the issue, despite repeated attempts to contact them. Technical Account had a similar experience with a boiler repair, which they claim made things infinitely worse. Both reviewers felt that the company was more interested in making money than in providing good service.
Unjustifiable Charges
Two reviewers also mentioned being charged exorbitant amounts for services. R. Fernandes was initially hesitant about the $250 per hour charge, but felt that the job was done quickly. Wes Masters, on the other hand, was billed $299 for clearing a slow-moving bath tub drain without his knowledge or authorization, and felt that the charge was unreasonably high.
