Robert did a fantastic job at diagnosing and fixing our kitchen faucet issue. He arrived right at the specified time , replaced our broken kitchen faucet and also inspected the rest of plumbing in the house. Explained what was done and was very friendly and knowledgeable! My girlfriend Rachel and I experienced a sudden back-up in our septic shortly after the holidays. What we hoped was going to be solved by a routine septic tank pumping turned into a bit more of an issue. With the help of Chris, Eric, Humberto, and Emma we were able to diagnose the issue and have a compromised septic line dug up and replaced within nearly 24 hours! The team at Benjamin Franklin is nothing short of remarkable and we could not have asked for a better crew of professionals to help us through this situation. Not sure of price compared to other. Customer service best received from anyone in long time. Ami took the time to answer my questions and explain how the sediment buildup could take awhile to get out system and best options for all water outlets. Brian did a great job explaining things on the first visit.

This was a visit to repair a water leak that was not taking completely taken care of in the first visit. New faucet was installed and took care of leak under sink on the first visit. Leak was still apparent in the cellar after a few days, so had to call them. Ryan Wesson and Gunner came the same day that I called and since I paid a lot, it was worth it for the guarantee. They were both extremely professional and easy to talk to. Was able to voice my concerns and know that the work is guaranteed should the problem still exist. Everything that was done was explained and no further costs were added on. Thank you for the great service performed by Ryan and Gunner, and the company back up with no questions asked.

I had a broken water pipe that needed immediate repair, and Ben from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. The technicians came on time, exactly when they said they would be there. Nick was knowledgeable, they were professional and super personable. I was in a situation where I didnt have the ability/time to price other companies so I wasnt able to shop around and compare the work that needed to be done and the cost so Im not sure about that, but either way the cost was very very high. They charged $99 just to come because it happened on the weekend. I will stick with 5 stars either way because I it got done in a timely manner and the guys were good.

He explained how the installation will go and had informed us of how there is a shut off system that will inform you if there is a leak in your home by monitoring the water pressure, this updates Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of the issue and everything can be managed through your phone. A great preventive device that they can install and it saves your home and gives consumers like us a discount with our home insurance. We have Eric come out to pump our septic and he was extremely helpful and patient. Our house had a new tank out in and we didnt know know exact measurements. Eric took his time and was eager to find the tank for us unlike another company who basically left and never came back. Eric was knowledge and explained everything to us. Thank you for your help

Ryan Wesson was very professional, polite and thorough. He didnt leave until he made sure the leak stopped. He was here late. He even had plans that he was going to end up missing. This shows true dedication. He also walked by our 1/2 bath and heard a hissing sound and knew right away the problem and fixed that for us as well even though that wasnt on the work order he came for. He really knows what he is doing, was neat, put everything back in place, cleaned up everything and wore shoe coverings when entering our home. It is nice to know that a young man like him is super polite and showed he cares. Ben Franklin Plumbing is lucky to have such a great knowledgeable worker like Ryan! We were very pleased and would recommend Ben Plumbing and Ryan for sure!

Elliot was a great salesmen and was honest which is hard to find nowadays. He told me what is a must fix and gave me a great scope of work. The company also gave me an amazing price on a new install of my oil tank.
Nick, melichai and gentry were punctual, friendly and gave me a great time line of what was happening step by step. I could not be more please with how this turned out and this company.
