Examples of Poor Service
Unfortunately, one customer mentioned poor service. Dawn Gill rated the company 1 star and mentioned that she was quoted a price for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose, but the technician ended up charging her more because of a valve replacement that was included in the original quote. She also mentioned that the technician was only in her house for 10-15 minutes max, but was still charged $150.
