Many reviewers have expressed their disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Smith & Keene. Author Jerry cancelled his maintenance service contract due to a poor experience with the company. He had to wait three weeks for a technician to diagnose and repair an A/C problem, and this was the second time this had happened to him.
