Red Flags and Scams
Rooter Solutions has faced numerous complaints and scathing reviews from customers who feel they were taken advantage of. Valerie Lent claims the company is a scam, stating that they charged her a 10% deposit for a hydrojet cleaning procedure that ultimately wasn't necessary. Joseph Beban also felt ripped off, as the company attempted to upsell him on a high-pressure cleaning procedure that ended up not being needed.
